Hi All,

I have failed to log in for more than a day now. Keep getting this message [You have been disconnected. Error Code: WOW51900328].

Anyone having the same problem??

Region? Server? ISP? Any info at all would be helpful besides the error code received.

Actually my main characters are at Stonemaul server. The one that I log out from last gameplay.

Is Stonemaul having issue as well?

Looks like the issue is Twelve99’s nodes dropping your traffic. Your ISP will have to contact them.

I’m actually also in Hong Kong, on HK Broadband playing on NA Stormrage. Weird it’s all of us having this issue right now.

Sounds like the network issue in HK, we cannot fix it and bizzard also cannot fix it, Nothing can do in our side. I tried with VPN, which is ok.

There’s people from HK using different ISPs all having the same problem, so every ISP in HK is basically not working with blizz’s services?

I’m honestly confused, I feel like if all the ISPs aren’t working with blizz’s services in HK and it’s a mass problem shouldn’t they be contacting the ISPs to try to fix the problem on our behalf.

Hi, i’m a player from HK, Would you mind to try to execute the command to test from your side, just wanna prove the access porint from hk, coz most of ISP using the same gateway to another network. I’m just helping to fighure out the issue only. I also want to play without VPN.

Steps:

  1. open CMD/powershell
  2. type tracert us,battle,net (replace ‘,’ with ‘.’) (coz cannot post link in comment).

Same issue happened here since yesterday, only works thru the login with using VPN in other region.

Sorry you’re gonna have to ELI5 because I’m not a tech person and I have no clue what you just asked me to do haha. Oh and I’m playing on a Mac if that makes a difference.

We probably make up such a small portion of their subscriptions it won’t motivate Blizzard to reach out.

I wonder if this would have something to do with the recent DDoS issues. From other forums it looks like other countries also had this issue.

Zero acknowledgement from Blizzard is definitely disappointing though.
