Every time I log on I get that pop up by the collections tab, but when I open collections I don’t see any gift to open in mounts, pets, toys or transmog. I did get the war within pre purchase, but opened the boxes from that. I dunno if one you regular blues wouldn’t be able to see if there is something uncollected?
Feels wasteful to file a ticket for this “issue”. I’ve tried with wtf, interface and cache deleted as well.
Have you checked your toggles to make sure all sources are checked? If it is from the shop and you don’t have it checked, it won’t show up when you are looking at your collection.

The toy doesn’t pop as the first entry. I had to scroll through my toys to find it.
