Is this a known issue? I can’t submit a ticket either from in-game or from https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/contact.
All of my characters are broken and can’t use guild chat or guild & communities. All of them.
Not realy sure if a GM Can help you with that im assuming u did a full UI reset to rule that out correct Try outting test in the header and that can usualy fix the ticket issue.
It’s not a UI issue, it’s an account issue. Very common and has happened to both me and my SO in the past. Only a GM can fix it.
But I can’t even ask a GM for help.
There has been an issue with submitting tickets recently. I’m not too sure if it’s been fixed yet or not.
Basically, the way to work around it is to submit a ticket with very minimal wording (one or two words) and then adding to your ticket to include the actual details.
