Just looking to see if someone from customer support can assist. I’m trying to open an in game ticket for Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms on my druid Skizzak-Eredar. I’m unable to do it though because I keep receiving this error:
You can’t submit this ticket. You already have the maximum number of active tickets.
I have 2 tickets that are stuck processing from over a year ago that might be causing the issue.
What exactly is the issue doing the quest a gm mite notveven be able to help you.
What is the ticket ID on those, Adelais? I’m not seeing anything that is still pending.
I would ask the same thing Darthwraith asked, what is the issue with Loremaster? It is rare that Game Masters can help with quest/achievement related matters, but it depends on the situation.
The meta achievement for loremaster is just simply not unlocking even though it shows my alliance druid having completed each Eastern Kingdom zone in the achievement panel.
The ticket IDs are: US89422603 and US89422531
On the Armory, your Druid shows that they have not completed the Western Plaguelands quest achievement.
On Wowhead’s Profiler, the Druid shows quite a bit of Eastern Kingdoms quests as not complete.

Western Plaguelands is probably it. Oddly enough it’s not showing up as an achievement in the list under Eastern Kingdoms.
If I search for Western Plaguelands Quests it shows in the search bar but is still missing. Someone else from my guild confirmed the issue was happening for them as well. I tried it with all my addons disabled and it still doesn’t appear.

It gets tricky with account wide progress, especially between the two factions. It’s a bit difficult for me to check overall, because I simply can’t check each character. You also have the different criteria, based on if you did the faction only zones all on one faction or you did some Alliance and some Horde.
I’d agree with Kyzera, it looks like Western Plaguelands doesn’t have any completion. Eastern Plaguelands may be just short (I’d check Add 'em to the Pile, Scourged Mass, and Defenders of Darrowshire if you are still having an issue after Western Plaguelands.
I’d also look in Red Ridge, as that is an Alliance specific requirement. You are missing at least the first three quests in that comment, so might be another area to check.
There isn’t much a Game Master can do here, but your old tickets should be cleared from what I see.
