"You can't submit this ticket. An error has occurred."

I have been trying to submit a ticket for over a week now. Every time I get to the final click of the process, the submission, I get this error:
“You can’t submit this ticket.
An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.”
I have tried in game and in a variety of browsers. I am having an issue and would like to contact support, but I can’t. It is frustrating.

There is an issue with tickets where certain words trigger this. The work around currently is to try editing your text box to minimalize, submit the ticket, then edit the ticket afterwords.

Thanks for letting me know. I’ve tried editing the ticket but I’m giving for now.

If it’s not something in regards to billing or private account issues, please don’t hesitate to ask here. You may be surprised how helpful people can be, and we’re happy to help when and where we can. It may negate having to submit a ticket altogether.

When submitting the ticket, simply type TEST in the box, and then after it goes in, edit it to say what you are submitting the ticket about.

Ah, so I was right about this issue.

I guess someone did follow up on it eventually.
