Spam yelling for GDKPs, can’t report them for spam, or anything else
Right click their character name and there’s an option to report them. I reported someone for using Yell to sell their services today.

Fake reporting is a bannable offense. Reporting you for admitting too it breaking ToS.

It absolutely is not showing on /yell
I am curious if you are using a chat addon that may be not giving you the reporting options? I reported yesterday by right-clicking a yell, so I know it still works.
Maybe you abused the report feature so now you can’t report anymore!

I’m pretty sure that’s happened to me before. Once upon a time, I see many people barking their wares in the wrong channel, so I just start reporting all of 'em. Next thing I know Blizz is like, “maybe you should slow down” =) or at least I suspect that’s what they said, 'cause after reporting a couple, I no longer saw the right click option.
Right, there was an update yesterday, maybe one of your addons needs updating and is stopping you?
I can report out of every other type of chat. I am not using a chat addon

When you are seeing 60 messages per minute advertising GDKP runs via yell it gets pretty spammy
