You cannot log on until the character update process is complete

I got a character transfer and my character is there now I also checked transaction history it says it is complete… What’s going on?

Is there a copy of the character lingering on the source realm?

You may need to reach out to Billing here and have them take a look. Live Chat shows only a two-minute wait.

It may just needs to update. Try logging out and back in, Rintinsinn. If that doesn’t work try resetting your password. That will usually force the account to update.

If the issue persists, submit a ticket under “purchase failed” and select live chat if it is available.

curious to know if you ever got this corrected I have been waiting since November for mine to be fixed. Same message you have had.

Have you reached out to Billing to see what they can tell you? For example, has this been sent on to a specialist to be fixed?

While you may want an update, this thread hadn’t been responded to for over two years. Despite what our resident Warlocks may like to say, necro-ing anything - threads especially - is bad.
