You are not in the Instance group?

So I was in a Horrific Vision and on my 4th wing about to finish up and BOOM kicked out due to not being in the instance group?

I can’t find any information on wowhead or other forums.

Has anybody else ran into this or what caused it?

Also assume RIP my key and rewards and 20 min of life?

Yup same issue. 5 sec and booted. lost my vessel too.

Same issue. No loot. No vessel. No coins. Ton of damage since I continued to be attacked while being booted from instance.

Same here. My group and another guildy were booted because of “no instance group”.

Almost halfway with 5 Mask vision and got kicked… really killed the mood. Hoping for vessel back but probably not

Everyone in any kind of instance was pretty much booted: dungeons, timewalking, horrific visions, and so on.

It’s happening to a lot of people; seems to be a world server issue.

I got the lost mail indicator, but it only said it had some of my Corrupted Mementos, and a few Echos of Ny’alotha–no key returned.

When you go to put in a ticket it says customer support cannot assist with restoring keys, gear, or quest items from visions.

I figured as much, which is why I didn’t put in a ticket, and came to the forums to voice my issue instead, heh.

Same issue here. Opened a ticket. I think it’s still worth doing, since this was clearly an issue on Blizzard’s side as opposed to people randomly disconnecting due to a poor Internet connection etc. Hopefully they listen and reimburse. Horrible customer service if they refuse to.

Same issue around the same time. Very frustrating as it was my first real attempt and I was just killing things and I probably could have already killed Thrall.

Submitted a ticket also as I never received any mail.
