Got ticket response. Not going to restore the lost vessel. Beyond frustrating.
I expected as much sadly, 100% waste of Key, 30 min of Life, Mementos, any other rewards such as toys etc, and the gear item.
Honestly a slap in the face to all those effect but at least they are consistent.
I got this last night as well 2 times back to back at the very end of 5 mask runs. I did not find anything out of the ordinary other than being on a DH which is known for being buggy. Terrible feeling to not only lose the time you spent in the vision but also the time spent collecting the currency. Luckily that is a little better but still a disappointment.
I will say that visions are probably the worst place ever to have bugs…well other than 15+ TD but that is to be expected now. It is content that requires a currency which requires time to gather which means you lose out on both when it bugs out.

I’m getting this now when trying to run a new DK through the exodar quest in legion “Bringer of the Light”. same thing ports me out after 5 seconds saying i’m not in the instances group but i’m doing it solo. tried disabling all add ons, reloading UI, and resetting all instances. nadda keeps failing.
from the posts above about it happening in horrific visions i’m guessing its a bug with their servers then and hoping the weekly reset will fix it.

Had this happen to my group in our last zone before alleria, heading up the tower. We all got kicked out. Does Blizzard have any info on the cause and if it’s being worked out? Just went to know when horrific visions are safe to do again, I realize things happen but any communication on this would be appreciated as losing a vessel sucks

Yeah just happened to me. Thankfully i only managed to reach the second wing before it happened.

A window suddenly poped up says I’m not in the instance group and countdown starts from 5. Was removed from the vision and mailed me some of the currency.
RIP my vessel, 30min of my life and my 470 piece.
Blizz please look into this it just sucks.
Same here. Clearly Blizzard’s Fault. PLease refund our vessels of HOrrific Visions. NO excuse.

Same issue just occurred. I opened a ticket for what it’s worth. This is an issue they need to address
Turns out it’s effecting islands too. But the horrific visions? 10000 In currency for one horrific vision. Lets see some refunds, please. If i’m going to waste my chance at a 470, I’d rather it be under my own failure, Not yours.
Just got kicked out of the challenge pet dungeon in Blackrock Depths multiple times with this same message. And then in SW chat I was seeing people complaining about being kicked from the Stromgarde scenario. Seems to be a significant issue affecting instance servers.
Did any of you happen to be in another LFG queue while you were doing the vision?
Same thing here, first that happened to me and now i cannot enter on a vission cause it say that is “paused”.

Hope all the people who lost their vessels to this will get them refunded
This happened to me and two guildies yesterday. Our entire group was kicked out of the vision after we get the notice that we are no longer in this instance group. We open a ticket and the response is,
‘We don’t refund Vessels of Horrific Visions”. So they force me to grind for these things and only allow me so many a week but it is necessary in order to advance in the end game content. But, when Blizz has technical difficulties and I end up losing one of these things through no fault of my own but due to problems of Blizz’s, I am just SOL. Been playing the game since BC. What happened to the CS? Like a slap in the face. The game has been so buggy and lag has been so bad and on top of that, crappy CS, maybe I need to re-evaluate some things.

Yeah, ive had a ticket in about this since it happened to me and a guildie as well, and kept resubmitting my ticket when they said no refunds.
I find it ridiculous that when its their servers that cause the issue you are basically SOL and just have to give up on ever getting those back. So stupid and what a waste of time.
I love blizzard’s total lack of good customer service.
