The premade communities are getting bigger as more solo players join them. With the dwindling player pool, it won’t be long before the whole system collapses. Probably for the best.

Blizz needs to add rated epic blitz, problem solved (or make it horribly worse).
Either way, give me 40v40 rated bgs.

I installed ESO again on some systems and currently play it daily for a bit. Not as much as WoW atm, but I mainly, in WoW, gather and do epic BGs, some LFRs now and then, maybe some bot hunting.
Still have fun, but it really is just premade after premade in epic BGs.
At some point, ESO may become my main game.
Something to think about Blizz.

How does the combat compare?
It’s completely different. Frankly, I like wow pvp better. But rolling pugs because I happen have a q syncers on my team is boring. Getting rolled by premades on the other is better, but also gets old.
ESO has Cyrodil. A whole zone where pvp happens. Keep capturing, seige engines, massive 50v50 battles. It is kinda of incredible, once you’ve seen it first hand.
But, I like wow. That said, I primarily like big battles. That means epic BGs. If wow can’t fix their big battles, then I will go elsewhere to get my pvp on. I can gather in any game. Ohh fishing in ESO is a blast.
Anyway, check it out. It is very different.
Edit: In fact, talking about it. I am dropping epic BG Q right now and logging into ESO. Have fun y’all.

Ion Gonnacostus doesn’t want PvP in this game. He’s a carebear designer. He wants m+ players to buy tokens. That’s it. There is nothing else left to say……PvP will die from old age before any other part of the game. Que synchers are like little hyeaneas and PvP is a sickly little antelope

I wonder how Epic BG’s would be if they were all Endless.
Like Classic Ashran, you can come and go, the objectives are always resetting, you can stay as long as you want.
Wintergrasp would be an endless mess.

Add resetting objectives inside AV. Each objective you complete gives you a small amount of conquest. You can repeat them over and over. You can leave at any point without deserter and possibly get back into the same one the next day. Make the NPC super tough and bosses only spawn if you down all 4 towers. The archers hit super hard again.

I’d laugh too but it’s 110% truth. For PvP players, ion ruined wow by making everything for sale. He sold the spirit of what wow was. Achieves mounts titles carry’s they are all part of the vision of ion. Just buy your little tokens and get carry’s!! Ain’t got time for devs to put any effort into pvp

I’ve been seeing a massive surge of pre-mades recently.
Can’t go a few games without seeing some named person in either a Rando or Epic Rando steamrolling the PuGs on the other side.
Been pvp’ing most of today on both factions and have been getting rolled by almost nothing but pre-mades.

I loved the WvWvW PvP in GW2. I earned most of my levels in it actually.
The current state of epic battlegrounds in WoW are just totally tame in comparison to what we could have.
If that is true, I suppose at some point they will remove the party size limit for queuing so players that want to be in raid groups inside pvp instances don’t need to drop queue repeatedly to succeed in queue syncing.
I doubt that will happen. If anything they’ll try and fix the queue system on the back end to make it more likely for split pops/false positives or they’ll just do cross faction bgs.
Seems like it. No point queuing into them. They’ve (Epics) been completely or almost completely owned at this point.
Just join a premade and have fun. You too can have fun and help create a Premade vs Premade environment.
If we are all in premades, then all games are premade vs premade.
