Yet another guild bank post

I did a search for your name in the threads. Nothing came up.

Did you check his post history on his profile?

Edit: Nevermind itā€™s hidden

HAHA Good one

Like the problem you had earlier, you have this belief that reasons canā€™t be multifaceted. Like that Blizzard is only out for themselves, and that means they canā€™t also be trying to help players.

AFAIK, Guild banks were implemented as a way for guild to more easily facilitate pooling their resources without relying on a single account to hold those resources.

What if Iā€™m in charge of your guild bank alt, and I die from a sudden case of not-alive-anymore syndrome?

what if you are the guilds main tank and they just invested thousands of gold into you getting a thunder fury and then you drop dead?

He had theā€¦detonatorsā€¦

Good luck proving who ultimately ā€œstoleā€ the item.

Let me know how much help those precious logs were.

The point being that you made a specific statement without evidence, to support your claim that Guild Banks are needed. That statement has no support from any Blizzard post about Guild Banks, from their game guide description to the announce description, describing that they were created for the security aspects.

The security aspects were not part of their creation, especially since the logging was mostly broken when they were launched. It was a byproduct of the Guild Bankā€™s creation.

And none of the arguments for Guild Banks are a need for Blizzard. They are a want for players, a quality of life improvement that wasnā€™t in Vanilla ever.

Guild Banks are not alts that you send your guild materials to. They are vastly different entities.

So what happens if a guild master decides he hates his guild so he gkicks everyone

Clearly if any of the people he kicked is a guild bank alt, then it stole all his stuff.

In this hypothetical situation guild banks exist

Well, the stuff is still in the guild, so no worries!

Lmao exactly

I canā€™t even fathom the level of deception you think youā€™re trying to accomplish. Do you think everyone here was born yesterday.

If someone took something and they had permission, what gets ā€œstolenā€, so long as something is made with the item?

How stupid do you think we are?

What if the guild master kicks everyone and keeps the entire guild bank to himself??? What if the main tank you fed all the loot to dies suddenly setting your guild back months potentially??? What if the guild dies?? What happens to the guild bank then??

Maybe itā€™s because I am searching for my own posts, but I searched for posts written by me including the terms loot trading, AV 1.12, sharding and even right click report.

The searches yielded multiple results.

As I am using my phone to post, if anyone wishes to duplicate that test and let us know the results, I would appreciate it.

Then it should be easy for you to post a link or two.

I checked the ā€œAV 1.12 will destroy classicā€ thread and youā€™re curiously not in it. I would think for sure youā€™d be defending classic at all costs.

Everytime i see your name.

Though i have a question for those who are pro bank, would it function the same way as it does in BC? and how do you feel about level requirements needed for it?

Thatā€™s true. So, here we are asking.

And if nothing ā€œgets madeā€? If that item simply disappears and the person who withdrew it clkaims he gave the item to someone who did not have permission withdraw it.

Who stole the item? How much help will those precious logs provide?
