some of us are learning it’s not timed why we pulling the entire dungeon then mad an under geared healer(me) can’t keep up. like can we agree that these people are doing too much. yeah. I am a bit salty about it but it feels like there’s no reason to be that pressed in normal. your time isn’t more valuable than anyone else’s
so chill i gotta wear my thick socks bro
Groups are going to get destroyed in keys if tanks pull half the dungeon at once like they’re doing now.
I warn them in the beginning they dont listen they die
fight fire with fire, give em feathers so they go even faster!
this story is as old as wow itself
Because I only play the game for end-game content, so getting to 80/gearing as fast as possible is just me suffering through a chore I don’t want to do so I can do content I actually like.
No, I would prefer a tank pull absurdly large packs. I had a few tanks pulling single packs tonight, it was boring.
My time is infinitely more valuable to me than yours is to me, just like you think I should spend 25 minutes in a normal dungeon because that’s what you prefer. But that’s not even the point, if you’re undergeared/learning Blizzard made a whole dungeon type where the whole thing can be ran as slow as you want.
Why do you feel entitled to set the pace for 4 other people if they’re wanting to do content differently than you?
not once did I say it should take 25 minutes. and you’d have to move at a glacial pace which I never said either. maybe use that big brain of yours and read the post and try to comprehend it? saying it should be at a normal pace i’m good with big pulls but yall need to realize you’re in a group with others and not everyone has the same skill level. i’m on a new class new spec and leveling with low ilevel gear. then want to get pissy cause others can’t keep up? be so real. you want to blaze through it that’s your business. but don’t act like yours is the only valid way. leveling dungeons are for all players who are either ljustbpower leveling or learning. so if you want to pull big that’s fine but don’t think all will be able to manage it the same way. or get mad when you die.
I miss the days when dungeons were more than just running through like a spaz. People just turn it into a chore or work.
What’s funny is that in some cases it would’ve been faster to pull less
Entirely subjective. My time is, in fact, worth more to me than your time is.
As copperfield said above, just use follower dungeons if youre trying to enjoy the run.
Every dungeon Ive run today had near wipes over and over and its not the dungeon…its the clown tanks over pulling every time.
yeah doing big pulls is still doable and works for most healers even me when i’m learning but pulling everything right to the boss on a new player, low ilevel, or inexperienced player it can easily cause a wipe and adds more time when it would have been a negligible difference if we just did big but manageable pulls
Money says tanky poo is more interested in DETAILS than in not wasting the time of four other players with wipes and deaths slowing it all down. lol
and as I said above too you can’t really learn healing in follower dungeons. follower dungeons would be best suited for the spaz runners. and in my comment below yours I mentioned what exactly would make the most sense and my perspective so I won’t rehash it again in this comment
There’s a new normal. Follower dungeons to move at your own pace/rp walk/read dialogue/etc.
I rarely see tanks die from mega pulls unless it’s the healer’s fault.
Correct, that is the new norm.
This is fast these days. Many gamers like fast. Action is fun, risk is exciting.
Luckily, blizz custom made a mode to go at any pace you want.
That’s what follower dungeons are for.
yeah, its not the same. Im just meaning if youre just wanting to be able to enjoy the run. Definitely a different experience with real players.
I did by telling you how this game works. You’re in the first couple weeks of a new expansion. People are going to pull big and try to maximize their time value. A week from now things will slow down some.
