It’s just weird, across all these threads there’s been a number of oblivious posters chiming in about it. Half the comments think we’re talking about normal mode, the other half are saying we’re just not good enough to beat the boss, while they have 0 raid bosses killed this expansion.
Trolling is hitting critical mass.

I don’t think people understand how WoW works. If the best, most prepared groups in the world can’t defeat a boss on week 3 of a raid tier due to numbers, 99% of groups will never beat that boss.
Those best groups in the world right now are doing more raid dps than 99% of guilds will do even after they have mostly bis gear.

It wouldnt of been cleared this phase at all. Raid DPS needs to be 8.2k DPS average from every DPS. Yeah good luck sustaining 8.2k DPS for 6 minutes in even full bis ulduar gear for everyone which would take many months to get. It needed to be nerfed.

Why, because they needed XT? All of Wrath including the dungeons, raids, arenas and bgs is ded ded because of 1 nerf to an optional mechanic?

People in 2008 killed it in less gear, less min maxed raid, in non icc patch, in non boosted ulduar ilvl gear. Honestly i think you just need to sit down and play better
XT HM was always more difficult than algalon
Algalon is an easy fight made difficult by an attempt limiter
The theme of the boss is a child throwing a tantrum, so in all honesty it is a hilarious troll from the origional devs to the playerbase. Takes a sence of humor to see it though.

He wasn’t tuned like he was pre hotfix in 2008.
In 2023 he was mathematically impossible.
The Ulduar raid wasn’t in the game in 2008…
