Instead of separating the brackets of XP on and XP off. how about we just remove XP gains at all from BGs. That way you dont have to worry about winning or losing and it will simply be for the fun of PvP.

You know the issue isn’t the fact that some folks have XP on and others have XP off! The issue is that those who turn XP off do so in order to get over geared in order to be able to gank those who have XP on and just want to enjoy a few BGs!

The XP on players aren’t so much worried about losing as they are about having a level playing field while the XP off don’t wish long queue times as well as want to win through gearing and not skills!

Yes, players that join BGs for the experience and not to PvP are good for the game!

This is the average “leveler” and this is the issue. We really just need to revert to the days of no experience in BGs and you’ll lose all the people the aren’t there to PvP.

With experience removed battlegrounds would basically be as deserted as exp off brackets are now. Levelers fill in the bulk of the queues, thats why exp off doesn’t pop.

You are deluded if you think the queues would be at the same level they were back in the day. The games population is a fraction of what it once was lol

Why were low level battlegrounds in Vanilla, BC, and WOTLK populated then? Honestly asking. I’m not sure if I’m recalling correctly, but quite often I’d see 3-4 Warsong Gulches going at the same time.
