They have a lot of gear that is out of date for your current level.

I’m not saying what whoever is doing is correct if they are cheating. But I doubt you are getting one shot by one guy in the whole BG in that gear. If your team does have trouble with this single person why not team focus them so you don’t have to deal with them?
They do need to focus him, but something they are posting about that is just kinda bizarre to me, somehow this dude is getting on a full team and causing the team he gets on to be one player over. IE: if the team count is 15, he comes on as the 16th man on a team that should only be 15 players.
Coordinating multiple players to counter one is not how this should be addressed. If you agree that cheating is wrong, then just leave it at that.

Because twinks were removed instead of addressing this: the team not being able to work together in a team based game to address what is a regular issue in BGs. Fotm classes have always been a thing. People who like pvp realize this and work together.

I actually don’t think this is a twink also. Most of his slots are filled with stuff that is great for 39s not 49s. Maybe one in the past brackets lvling now?
The belt is an epic proc quest reward also. Something very new.
The point of this forum is conversation.
Becoming a brick wall and ignoring half of it is why there are so many problems currently.
If you don’t like the current side conversation you are free to not take part. Why don’t you stop trying to control other peoples side convo. 
“Have you tried working together though?” is a loaded response to learning that cheaters are in-game.
Working together is for securing a kill on an enemy healer or defending your FC during a push. Developer intervention is for exploiters.
What you’re really trying to say, in your beat around the bush sort of way, is that twinks never should have been separated because vaguely “working together” is an option.
I personally think that bringing twinks in line or removing them are better options for BiS super players running around. Blizz made their choice, for better or worse.
Cant wait for everyone to call me an exploiter for being a twink in the leveling bracket while I’m leveling. All of my gear is from the 60s, and I’m still one shotting because Marksman was a terrible mistake from Blizzard.
That is how you deal with fotm. You know whats strong so you and your team focus it. That’s not loaded that’s obvious.
You don’t know squidman is a twink. As I said he has 39 bracket gear and could be someone leveling out of their brackets. You are witchhunting again.

). He looks like a 39 twink that leveled out. He’s MM which is half the problem they are experiencing with him. All that said…
IF somehow he IS avoiding leveling by exploit, he needs dealt with. IF somehow he IS joining as the 16th man on a 15 man team, he needs dealt with.
The funniest thing I’ve seen lately on another forum is an exploiter that messed up and leveled. He wants Blizzard to revert him back to the previous level now.
The GM, per his words, told him they could see all the times he turned off his experience. Blizzard knows what these people are doing and they will be easy to catch when/if they decide to do something.
I’m betting you’re not going to have someone post a screen shot of you in an AB with 16 alliance players though.
What if an exploiting twink is in the same battleground as me though? Does that mean I should be publicly shamed and banned?
Did they revert him? This warlock actually leveled to 111 and I had it reverted. No problems.
