There is a point here that maybe we can expand on.
Setting a check for ilevel at every bracket and limiting 3 twinks per team i think is fair. As far as times itll be 3 vs 0 twinks…well RNGesus has blessed your way, take your daily bread (1 badge) and requeue lol.
Good, good. We’ll sit in town all day queueing for battlegrounds to level instead of dungeons. Levelling is saved.
We never get posts about PvP. Let us have this.
Seems counter-productive to enable experience but just allow twinks everywhere. No one is going to use BGs to queue cause they’re just going to feel completely disadvantaged.
Man, the two completely different approaches you guys take to PvP and PvE is kinda ridiculous.
With this change, nobody will be queuing for low level in BGs except twinks.

we do not want you afk in dungeons getting xp.
but you can semi afk if your team pulled more and better twinks. I mean you will show up as a 20. the twinks will kill fast enough you are hoping for hits to even get on meters.
really show that desire for anti-boost too.
you tank…will stop leveling 20 people at level 30. go to next dungeon please.
you level 29 twink for the past 5 month…keep on getting level 20’s easier wins for 5 months more…

Just please don’t nerf XP gains. I use PVP to level alts. Please don’t make me go back to questing the same quest for the 7th time.

I twinked a lot from 2010-2013 and formed some absolutely amazing friendships with other Twinks, despite moving continent I keep in touch with a lot of them 12 years later. The great thing with Twinking is the sense of community. You get to know your bracket regulars and you get chatting. People hop to the other faction to balance the game and bolster the numbers while sharing their gear setups.
I remember back in OG Wrath playing against the huge Alliance guild ‘Screams Of The Past’ from Draka while ‘Cap What Flag’ from Akama, ‘Wargasm’ from Draka, ‘Angels of Death’ from Jubei’Thos were our Horde counterparts for the 60 Twink community.
When Cataclysm arrived and the “Random” BG queue cycled WSG - AB - EOTS - AV and got stuck because it was looking for 80 level 60 twinks at 3AM it really hurt our community but we managed to get games going by direct queuing WSG/AB. Then you broke that too by giving us ‘phantom’ queues which never popped.
So we moved to 70s. We did Arenas, all BGs popped including AV. We had 80 twinks doing AV, it was complete madness and it was so fun. So what did you do? You screwed with Resilience and suddenly a resilience stacked 70 was unkillable. In Mists you released level 80 blues which were ilvl409/416 which killed the bracket instantly because they were so so so stupid. I had a shaman with 100% mastery/haste/crit.
In Classic v2 & Nost I twinked 39s. I met some absolutely amazing people who would switch to the other team at the drop of the hat if one side had too many for WSG. Mounts being lowered in level in TBCC kinda made this worse for me personally but I’m looking forward to focusing on 19s during WOTLK Classic and getting to know the community.
One thing I must ask, wipe the arena rating of any character 70-79 who levels up. In Cataclysm we had an issue with Chinese boosters who would sell Gladiator titles on 70s and powerlevel the final week of the season to get an unearnt glad title.
WOWWW huge decision. I used to do twinking back in the day and this decision they made back in the day killed twinking for me. I wonder if they will do this on retail?

Great to see some pvp updates for WOTLK. Their is still the huge issue for OCE players with lack of BG and Arena queues would. Can we get some sort of update from Blizzard on this please?
It looks like Blizzard is showing how the whales are, twinks. Blizzard is handing them what they want.
I think there will be a lot of DK levelers, 70 boosts, and just 70+ regulars going through the bracket. This bracket will likely be the most populated and most balanced, and have the lowest barrier to entry. 78 crafted BOE gear is practically BIS. If you do run into a true BIS twink, you are more equipped to handle them in this bracket then any other.
Now you’re just talking crazy, don’t try to use logic and reasoning around here. Because twinking doesn’t exist at max level. Low level BG’s don’t matter but I’m mad anyway. Twinks suck at the game, and can’t hack it at end game.
I still don’t like this terminology. Saying they should add it makes it sound like….well, they’re adding something. Dungeon finder was a part of Wrath 13 years ago. That’s when it was added. What the Classic team needs to do is revert their removal of an authentic Wrath system.
Do you have the list of every single twink to ever play a battleground, and their max level characters? Such a hilarious statement this is that is completely baseless, and is just your opinion.
I’d actually love for you to give us all a true definition of what a twink is.
When I realized that these twinks were just living in the bracket for years, and years, and years, and literally no lifing it. They too afraid to play actual good players at their level. You can only be good when you are at end game. Facts.
Hope this comes in pre patch and not when wrath launches.
