XP From Dungeons

Any movement on this or are they still acting like everything is fine? This is a fluster cuck. I can't stomach leveling a toon at these rates after busting my hump to get exalted with everyone but the chocolate orcs. Having a family and full-time work -- I don't have time to spend what amounts to a full time job leveling from 20-110 just for heritage armor that should've been granted with the unlock in the first dang place.
Well considering most people are just refusing to level new toons now i do not see how it could appeal to the ones thinking this change was a good idea anymore either people get bored of mains and dont want to level a new toon because of how slow it is will just take a break or quit ive got 2 weeks left on my sub ill probably be taking a break when it ends till they either fix things or let the game die hoping they dont leave it this way much longer id love to level some alts again was my favorite thing to do.

I used to really enjoy leveling random alts for fun. It's extremely tedious now and unrewarding. I can't imagine how a new player would feel. Who exactly is this supposed to appeal to?

I invited a real life friend to play back in June of this year and I was leveling a Void Elf Warlock and it was then I noticed the sluggish grind as I was trying to level; My friend said he couldn't take it anymore and was first to cancel his reoccurring sub and let it run out.

I then canceled one of my accounts and the sub has run out and reads "Veteran" in place where time left normally is. This one I'm on is paid up until mid march of 2019 but I refuse to play in this slough; If Blizzard reverts back what us players view as a move only out of corporate greed and make the game "FUN" again then I may come back.

But in all honesty I may not return even then as it was an embarrassment to invite my friend into this crappy game now; He gives me He** every time he sees me for inviting him to play this, I felt so bad that I offered to pay for what he lost but he refused; I know my friend wouldn't play this game again even if you offered it to him on a silver platter.
So a blue can post this in a thread about "Guess the sub count of WoW" FIVE Days ago.

Somewhere between 1 and 7.4 Billion.

But yet we have no other blue post about any up and coming changes to the xp and leveling... Loving the devs.
They turned a fun to play game into "pay us to work a job for us."

2+2 is 4, minus 1 is 3.
The thing that made me actually mad in this game was me spending nearly 100,000G to make my heirloom weapons and armor all Lv 110 , both caster and melee pieces so my alts could use them to lv.

Blizz decides to nerf the XP gain and stats of those items....no recompense at all. Just brutal

200+ pages and the levelling is still game breakingly painful. fix it or lose a huge chunk of players, morons.

I don't think they care to be honest, Just look at all the posts where the players have stated what they dislike in the game and what has Blizzard done? Very little;

Oh Yeah, They offered a boat mount for purchasing 6 months of subscription time.

These executives that are making these decisions may be the death to this wonderful game; If they do something now it may save a lot of players but a lot that left will not come back due to how sneaky Blizzard was in implementing these nerfs hoping the player base wouldn't notice; Trust has been lost within a lot of the players.
bump. this needs to remain on the front page. :D
The game is no longer in Blizzard control. It is now in the hands of EA / Activision. We all know how great EA is.

EA and Activision are two separate companies, They are not a part of each other as you can clearly see in the stock market.

Activision Blizzard, Inc. is an American video game developer. Headquartered in Santa Monica, California and founded in 2008 through the merger of Vivendi Games and Activision, the company is traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange under the ticker symbol NASDAQ: ATVI, and since 2015 has been one of the stocks that make up the S&P 500.

Electronic Arts Inc. is an American video game company headquartered in Redwood City, California. Founded and incorporated on May 28, 1982 by Trip Hawkins, the company was a pioneer of the early home computer games industry and was notable for promoting the designers and programmers responsible for its games. As of March 2018, Electronic Arts is the second-largest gaming company in the Americas and Europe by revenue and market capitalization after Activision Blizzard and ahead of Take-Two Interactive, and Ubisoft.

Electronic Arts (Totally Separate Company from Activision/Blizzard) reported a revenue of 5.15 Billion.

When companies merge like Activision/Blizzard the one that has the most power are usually the ones that control what goes on. Last year Activision/Blizzard had a combined revenue of 7.02 Billion. Blizzard alone accounts for 1.5 Billion at last report so they are bringing in less revenue then Activision which means Blizzard is the underdog.

I've worked for many companies that merge in my lifetime and let me tell you it sucks; The company that buys the underdog will wait a while to see how the company functions and then they start putting their input in and change management and thin the teams and turn things around to their way or the highway so to speak in the way the company runs. It's not pleasant when you're an employee when companies like this merge.

Mistakes are made because they try everything they can to get as much revenue to come in and when it comes to problems with Warcraft do you think that the executives have any nostalgic feelings for the game as we the players do? No they don't, They just want the revenue to increase.

Will we see changes to our beloved game in the future? Only time will tell.....

Because 99.9% of the time they only respond to fluff threads. Look at all the time walking threads on how broken they are currently, and not even a acknowledgement, or update on any of those last I looked. Post a what music do you listen to thread, or gd lounge number whatever thread, and it will get a response. You know the threads that are real important to gameplay lol.

Yeah tell me about it! I have been playing without my heirloom gear for years but when I saw the flashy new classes they offered in BFA I couldn't resist buying the heirloom gear not only in cloth but mail and plate too and then as I was leveling I said to myself: This doesn't feel right and that's when I found this thread on the forums.

I only had maybe 20 posts when I first started posting back in June of this year and now look at my count; 1240 and counting.

I Love this game and hate to see it go down the tubes due to corporate greed.
Im leveling my DI now, and damn is horrible and im close to 35 i think and dont want to lvl anymore *sigh*, they need to fix the leveling, make the looms great again i pay a fortune for them, and they turn it into !@#$, if ya not gonna buff the looms give me a refound option for all that gold.

Wish I was in a motel on vacation somewhere; Seriously I bought 1000 shares of Activision/Blizzard stock back during the 3rd Qtr of 2014 at just a tad over $20.00 a share then sold it a couple months ago when it was a little over $75.00 a share and made a little money off of it

I just wanted to let the OP named Scandalous know that EA wasn't a part of Activision/Blizzard.

I would like to take a vacation now but my favorite places on the east coast are flooded now, Hopefully the waters will recede soon and they will open the beach I want to visit soon; Either that or I may fly to Aruba for a week.
I unlocked dark irons and I would really like to level my D I Shaman, but I log in, look at him, and log back out. I just can't endure the slow leveling and weakness of my shaman.

/sigh

I stopped at level 87 on my Void Elf Warlock, Just couldn't take it anymore; I feel your pain!

All of you just buy a character boost and shut up. Problem solved.

Boost yourself! I'm not giving them another dime, Troll....
I've been leveling a Velf hunter and it so slow that I just q for dungeons and watch youtube/twitch on other screen while I wait. I'm only lvl 65 with him but that was like a week of grind. I don't want to quest, I rather go numb and run dungeons all the way to 100.

Anything under 100 should not matter. Exp gain should be increase under 100.

I also like to point out, I like that mobs are harder to kill, it just they need more exp.
