Xp changes in mop pre patch?

I am just wondering if the xp required to level up is reduced once the mop pre patch comes out or if it stays the same?

if i remember right the xp rate changes in pre patch cuz it should either use the 5.0 or the 5.3/5.4 value’s of it.

It does get reduced.

-20% from levels 10 to 39
-33% from levels from 82 and 83
-50% from level 84

Not sure if that information is still sound but general idea.
