Literally no reason to not have it. It doesn’t affect anything mechanically and it just makes it so you enjoy the game more and don’t have to wear mismatched ugly gear. Small QoL change.

Sure add it, but with restrictions. If youre in an PVP zone, or entered into pvp, your xmog look goes out the window. As this is Classic and gear does matter in seeing what the heck you’re going up against due to their stats or set bonuses.

I mean yeah, as myself, a person who does PvP for fun in bgs, I stop and analyze the person I’m going to fight with. I literally stop mid field and inspect them.
My friend, either you NEVER done PvP in your life, or idk. Did you know that gnomish helmet COULD get hidden by literally toggling it off in your interface settings? And I believe seeing that beforehand is way more advantageous right? So, hiding it in the interface is cheating in your eyes?

Looking through patch notes for 3.0.2 to 3.3.5 I see no mention of “transmogrification”.

id be okay with timed dungeons like in MOP, nerf the gear to an Ilvl below heroic whenever you step in and rely on skill to get to gold, give out mounts/transmog for the people that complete all gold. it adds another healthy thing to do in wow.
Xmog does not work till cata because classes like shaman,hunter,dk,war and Paladin wear armor classes other than mail or plate.
It does. Who care about other transmogs ? I don’t
I prefer being able to see how geared the others players are are instead of their taste.
So, yeah, unless they add a on/off toggle with it it does affect my game experience.
