i have a bank guild, and want my horde char to be GM. i can’t promote the alt because “player must be a bnet friend”.
…it’s my alt. i can’t bnet myself, can i? what do i do? i can’t delete the char cuz “you’re a gm, promote someone else”.
is this a bug? oversight? is it user error? what do i do???
you might have to get a friend to help. pass that friend GM, then have them promote your alt.
Neither. The guild is technically an Alliance guild. You can’t give it to a Horde character.
that’s sort of obnoxious (for my personal situation) but thank you for the info =)
Yeah, I can understand and relate. Hopefully they can fix the tech someday!
