Seems to have too much health and spawn way to often.
The CDR doesn’t affect Wake of Ashe CD, which is to say Avenging Wrath CD with radiant Glory.
This is also an ungoing issue with Seal of Order which doesn’t reduce the CD of Wake regardless of whether RG is selected or not.
EDIT:
After testing with “vanilla” AW, Wake is still unaffected by CDR.
AW is reduced by the CDR but it’s not worth it to drop RG for this.

Can confirm, this feels terrible since execution sentence gets the CDR and desyncs from Wake of Ashes.
Please fix this as it makes the affix kiss effect pretty much worthless for Retribution.
Yep, I’ll have to test if it does this for vanilla Wings.
Might have to go 1min wings build.
It would technically give full duration wings every 30 sec.
Another thing I seem to have noticed is that it wasn’t reducing the abilities that were on CD when you gained the buff.

After looking in details, CD is reduced whether an ability is on CD or not.
There’s funky business with timers but that’s always been the case with CDR mechanics before.
That’s a relief.
Wake is still not affected regardless though.
Also confirming this is a problem. Please allow the cooldown reduction to affect Wake of Ashes when talented into Radiant Glory.
We had maintenance extended for several hours for the umpteenth time in a row and still get bug riddled content. Imagine if they actually had a QA department
Blizzard, please correct the CDR reduction not affecting Wake of Ashes properly. It’s very frustrating to have this happen given the obviously intentional synergy between Wake of Ashes and Execution Sentence in combination with Radiant Glory.
