Xal'atath's Bargain: Voidbound and Wake of ashes

Seems to have too much health and spawn way to often. The CDR doesn’t affect Wake of Ashe CD, which is to say Avenging Wrath CD with radiant Glory. This is also an ungoing issue with Seal of Order which doesn’t reduce the CD of Wake regardless of whether RG is selected or not. EDIT: After testing with “vanilla” AW, Wake is still unaffected by CDR. AW is reduced by the CDR but it’s not worth it to drop RG for this.
