1 day. I don’t know when it’ll happen. But 1 day this team will learn to stop attacking the group of people who play alts and stop punishing them for doing so AND STOP PUNISHING COLLECTORS.

Why does everyone freak out over this mount? If I could trade it to someone for, say, Invincible, I would do it in a heartbeat. I never use this thing, it looks silly when it flies because it sways back and forth like a toy on strings. Ugh.
I got the mount this year however common sense would dictate if it were my game your drop chances increase by 1% per toon each day you do it with the increased drop rate resetting each day.
Rewarding people who spend time leveling an army of alts just to do this as a form of end game activity is a no brainer.
The drop rate should be lower for people who put the least amount of effort i.e running on one or two toons per day

Thanks for another year of being let down, extra let down this time around knowing that there was a “greatly increased chance”. The proper solution was just giving it an increased chance for every box you open and not just once a day.
60 characters per day, 840+ attempts across 15 days, only 15 of those being “greatly increased” and there is nothing to show for it. It does not feel good knowing that if you did not get it from the buffed box at the start of the day, your chances just got worse.
I’m glad there was notice that something should have changed with this event and some steps were taken to mend that, but this was not the way and there were better solutions.

it is actually quite ugly, low res, and just not the best looking mount out of my other like 550 I own. But for me, it’s principle to get it. I’ve been doing this on 12+ char (17 this year) a day every day for 14 days for 13 years now. I just feel like at what point should I just get it (I know entitled mindset).

I see you have Invincible. If you’re willing to trade it for the Big Love Rocket we could ask blizz to do it for us. Doubt they would, but it never hurts to ask. I’ve been trying to get Invincible for years across over 30 characters. Nada. Invincible I actually want. I ended up with the BLR when trying to get the Vile Funigator’s Mask.
I’ll trade invincible for love rocket any time, we’ve 52 attempt for invincible per year for a single character, now with 50+ characters… Also Invincible is in the BMAH 
at least that one has a side way to get it.
Ahh 0.03 drop compared to 1%, 33 x the love rocket chance.

that would be a 100% yes. Because you see, I’m limited on attempts that I can run for the love rocket (I only have 2 weeks a year on only as many 60+s I have [17]). I have prob around 40 characters I could try for invincible for EACH WEEK YEAR ROUND. 238 attempts vs 2080 if I wished to.

So… how about those stats for drops now that the event is over today? Given what I’ve seen, and apparently from others too, that increase wasn’t much of anything. You may want to forward this to the devs.

It would’ve been nice to have the instance per hr cap removed for those of us running on multiple alts. It’s already painful having to farm this on multiple characters, the added time waiting for the CD to fall off only makes this a worse experience.

Yup last day was today and we all did it again and with 4 more level 60 we got leveled last night and early this morning, one of them mine so I now have 34 that can do it. Guess what…None of us got it to drop.
No surprise really though.
Just a huge waste of all our time!

Definitely heard of more people getting it but… the decision to ‘help’ people by only making the drop rate better on the first roll felt pretty bad.
I got love tokens on every first roll bar one day when I got a rose. -.- Still feels like it needs tweaking. It’s been years - no other holiday mount is like this.

Where as I love the Love Rocket and could careless for Invincible…as far as I am concerned I have the best two mounts of the game…for ground that is the Magic Rooster egg mount 
and for flying The Love Rocket
