the Uldir set has the metal face/mohawk thing going on so you can look like an Ordinator and the Ordinator armor + the gauntlets is the most Nerevar look

I was just checking random realms and it’s unavailable and the characters are 404’d – it must actually be restricted?

It might be one of the few odd names Blizzard locks down on. Certain names (lore figures, for example) are automatically denied, and the few people that may have these specific names were likely created before they restricted it (and I wouldn’t be surprised if they were inevitably flagged for a rename).
