Couldn’t find Gamer Fuel 
at Walmart, so I bought a giant can of hot chocolate mix and I’m a lot happier with this purchase even if it doesn’t give me a motorbike.

i cant bring myself to buy mountain dew, i just dont drink any sodas honestly. Blizzard why not an ice coffee promo pleeeeeaaaaaaassssseeeeeeeeeee. I am such an easy mark if you just did an ice coffee promo or bottled cold brew or again Korean BBQ or hot pot.

I haven’t slept in over 36 hours. I’m exhausted, but I’m still entirely non-drowsy due to the amount of anxiety adrenaline pumping through my body.

My soda consumption has decreased, so my plan is to buy two of the twelve packs and dump out the cans at my local game store.
They’ll be confused and probably mad but I’ll tell them to blame Blizzard.

Everything’s played out more or less as I was expecting it would, only I didn’t think it’d be that much of a shellacking.
Yeesh.
Anyway. Been thinking about getting back into volunteering. Moving and COVID got me out of the habit and I’m realizing more and more that I miss it, and it seems like now would be a good time to get back into things.
Given, you know, everything Currently Going On.
Unfortunately all the food pantries and soup kitchens near me are kinda out-of-the-way, so that’s a wash. But the library is just a short (and thankfully very direct) bus ride away, so I think I’m gonna head down there next week and see if they need any help.
I love the stupid EVILDEMONSKULLBIKE so much. I just don’t know if I could ever live with the spiritual uncleanliness that’d arise from having Mountain Dew in my home.

Yeah. I remember reading about Schon getting his start with Santana in one of my guitar mags. Hard to believe all I had to learn guitar from were Hal Leonard books and guitar magazines. Lmao!
I wish I would have checked out Journey when they had that summer tour a few years ago.

The new bike is cool I just don’t think it really fits, you know? It’s like that horse mount that you could put down the horse post for so everyone could have the horse mount. Looked cool. Didn’t feel very warcrafty

I mostly like those tabards, they’re very cool! Otherwise the rest doesn’t really appeal to me.

If you’re an outdoorsy sort at all, there are a lot of trails and parks that welcome volunteer efforts, too.

So, I got a grade back on an essay for my religion class. I made an A! Why this is a big deal to me is I’m not a great writer. I’m less of a not a great writer when I have to write academically. Which is unfortunate, since I’m a history/anthropology person and that’s what we do… write.
Anyway, my professor is awesome. I met with him and explained my situation and that I’m actively working on being a better writer. So he’s critiquing me. And I’m also being held to a higher standard - which is fine, I should be. From the last essay he summed me up the best “you do well at including details. Unfortunately, most of them aren’t needed”. My writing style to a tee! This month’s essay I took the formal option (he gives causal and formal style-wise). And the only thing I got dinged on was one citation!
I’m excited! It might not seem like much to everyone, but this is something that I have struggled with and it’s really affected my GPA. I have dysgraphia and getting stuff out of my head and onto a page in a coherent, readable form is a struggle. I’ve been taking every assignment very seriously, and working very hard at this. And it looks like that work is finally paying off. So, to anyone else out there with the same issue, just keep pushing - you can do this!

Someone give me a good base building game with a creative / sandbox / god mode / cozy mode/ whatever mode. I just want to build things.
I like Conan, but am lost if there are mods that add building options. Is that a thing?
I love Valheim, but the devs spend most of their time highlighting the goat they bought with all the money they made.
I’d like to hear what you guys are doing/playing.

Oh snap same! I actually have an addon to help me because unfortunately I really struggle with it in RP. Thats awesome to hear you overcome it and score a high grade, keep up the good work!
My go to is always Minecraft for this. Kept me interested over the years with all the additions to it now.

I love base building, but I get really bored in survival games. I need story and community and repeatable game content to keep me interested. One of the reasons I loved Wildstar. It was such an amazing building sim, and came with a whole mmo attached!

I can’t get past the pixels. I’ve tried a million times to like Minecraft because it probably does offer everything I want. Visually, I despise it.
