Wtb the return of twinks

What about the 2nd half of my post? Allow 120s their time in the sun but throw the twinks in the shade huh.

Well if I’m in XP on, not twinks.

Guess what champ, the f2p 20 twinks are in the general pool of players in that bracket.

I have therefore my point is valid hurray! Anyway they people that twink are just failed max level pvpers wanting easy wins against new or low lvl players.

You’re comparing spaghetti to Chevrolet.

Max level is all about gearing, nothing more until the next expansion. That argument has been destroyed every which way possible but for some reason, someone always tries to bring it up every so often. Why?, is beyond me.

Dang. You got me good!

Why are we making the distinction between max level and low level. Both should follow the same standards. Those with better gear should be stronger.

This was almost completely true during Vanilla. Even the most legendary twink of all time, Lildude was shown during TBC to be a failed max level person. He was probably the most revered twink in history. People talked about how other twinks would tremble in his presence. However, when he wasn’t twinking, his main spent time camping lowbies in Tarren Mill.

Once TBC came out, he tried his hand at arena and never broke 1000 and that was while trying. Once that happened, someone made a post about it and you never saw him again.

But they don’t. There is a reason why most any competitive things have classes. You don’t go expecting the people in the beginner class to reach the same accolades as the people in the advanced class. That’s just not how the world works.

So blizz in effect have removed the middle ground. It just goes from easymode gear does not matter bgs to gear up or get crushed newb bgs.

With gear not being a factor low level it leads to things degenerating into healer stacked comps and busted specs doing a macro of;

/target pleb
/cast faceroll
/lol

Low level bgs are worse off since the separation.

They didn’t remove anything. They’ve stated both times they’ve separated the queues that they want fairness. If people choose not to queue up, that’s their own issue.

As I said earlier in this thread, if I gave you a parachute for your plane jump and you choose not to use it. It’s a YOU issue, not a defective parachute.

And I disagree, they’re much better now. Sure, you get the people making throwaway twinks because of desperation to get access to levelers but that was a dying fad, just like it was when they did it in Wrath.

Not talking about the throwaway twinks. Referring to the large number of healer stacked comps. They must have removed the healer cap in bgs - lol I had an eots with 8 heals on 1 side. Does that sound fun?

That was an issue even before separation.

No idea if they’re working on a fix for that or not. The best way to eat an elephant is… one bite at a time.

Not adding experience gains to pvp from the beginning of battleground introduction in vanilla was a huge oversight on part of the devs. I feel that with legion stat templates, blizzard could in theory reintroduce them as an exp off bracket option. It would normalize stats, and allow you to pvp with your exp off in exp on. Turning off your stat template would cause a separation between exp off and on ques. This would be so you didnt have to do that if you didnt want to.

I feel this is a viable solution. Hopefully something happens, because for those that enjoy low lvl pvp on their twinks, 2 hour ques is just impractical to get one game going. Its about being able to pvp now, nothing more or less. Being able to jump in and quickly pvp would be a nice thing for the twinks to have. legion had it good, but forced everyone to use a stat template. Blizz should make that an exp off option at the very least.

Its become more apparent post separation.

Or you do the right thing. Let the elephant live out its life in the jungle where it belongs. Not throw it in a zoo under the pretext of its “best interest” all in an attempt to exploit it for profit.

110 is the really -interesting- bracket.

I guess if you pay for a transfer (bfa geared toon to legion locked account) then twinking is A-OK.

Would rather have a template than nothing, but blizz is incapable of adding anything other than WQs and cashshop items.

110 is disgusting. Might even exceed the 19 and 20s bracket lol.

Agreed. I can’t fathom why this isn’t a thing.

I believe its a perception thing. If there are 3 things causing problems and you fix 1 of them, you’re more perceptive to the others because you don’t have to “watch out” for the other one.

I never mentioned a zoo. If people in zoos are eating elephants, we have problems. In the jungle, though they do not have many predators, when they do, they will eat them one bite at a time

Due to recent events my “perception” of blizz is that they are lazy and solely interested in the cashgrab practices instead of making quality gameplay.

I’m not going to disagree with you on that one. One of the many reasons I’m looking forward to Classic.
