the not planned means they’ll wait till everyone buys 70 boost at what ever crazy price they will sell them and then start implementing the cheaper alternative for race / faction change lol.
And in the process people will lose all their progress towards reputation achievments, mount achievments and more. It’s ridiculous.
Probably 40 just like in TBC.
I wouldn’t be so sure. They still haven’t patched in Race Changes for TBC, despite it being in TBC, and at this point they’ve surely made their money off the TBC boosts. I think they’re legit ditching the concept for Classic.
LFD I think is a different story. They’re totally going to patch that sucker back in during a later phase to drive up subscription numbers.

race change services started in october 2009 according to the wiki which is during wrath and not tbc.
The no race/faction change wouldn’t bother me if achievos are account wide from the start.

Maybe I’m thinking about character recustomization i.e. gender/feature change? That also never came in classic tbc.
