This game used to be so much bigger and back in those days you simply could call someone and avoid DAYS IF NOT WEEKS

Just to note, Live Chat and the Callback option has never been available for an appeal.

For that wall of text, Blizzard doesn’t treat folks different because they’ve played the game from day one or last week or how much money you’ve spent. Talking with a chip on your shoulder, with a horrible formatted wall of text, doesn’t help matters.
