I’m trying to squeeze a few activities before the weekly reset. My quest tracker says i’ve completed a delve, but in the great vault, i have 0 delves completed. As for timewalking dungeons, I have one dungeon showing as completed on the vault, but none on the quest tracker. The most jarring issue is the delve, though. Could you help me out?
Theres nothing that can be done via forums or tickets the only possibility would be a corrupted ui.

Just to cover this basis - Do you have a previous vault you have forgotten to open by chance? Because they do carry over if you don’t open them

yes, I’m looking at the progress of this week’s vault; I already got the reward of last week’s vault. Sadly, resetting the interface did not help :c
What do you mean by your quest tracker?
Vault rewards start at 2 delves or world event completed. I don’t think one of either shows anything on the vault.

You need to have completed 2 Delves to unlock the first vault slot.
You only need 1 dungeon to unlock the first slot there. It counts TW, Heroic and Mythic dungeons. The quest is also a bit buggy in how it tracks completions. Its possible that you didn’t pick it up until after you did the dungeon, that the dungeon wasnt TW or that it was TW but your quest is for a different TW period.
To sum up:
Two delves must he completed to unlock a vault slot.
One dungeon is enough for one slot but the quest is not related to the vault.
