“We?” um… hate to tell ya.
Anyway. Worgen still look beastly and vicious. It just isn’t stuck that way with a hideous painted on snarl.

That’s a very silly position to have in a fantasy game. It’s like “I’m anti-elf” or “I’m anti-scalies.” Nobody cares but the people who play these races. Let people like what they like. I’m not gonna troll you for looking like a boring human b/c that’s your choice. xD
don’t look now but HUMANs have tailbones…
You are being childish.
Don’t look now, but when I post lyrics from a Sesame Street song, I am intentionally showing how simple pattern recognition is something that is taught to very small children, because by the time they are not very small children, they are expected to be able to do such tasks with no effort. But adults or near adults still have trouble with it when their bias is getting in the way.
Some people can’t see that though. When bias > intellect, bias wins.
As if I’d listen to a vulperas opinion
To each their own. I love my toon.
Imagine people who feel their own game experience is enhanced by curbing the gaming experience of others… It is almost amusing to see the pretzel knots they tie themselves in to pretend it is more nuanced than that.
There are so many things in this game I don’t like about other player characters because I think they are dumb or ugly. But because I’m not a selfish, I’d never advocate to remove them, and I’d demand them be reverted if Blizzard actually did it. I don’t find it fun to play with people who aren’t maximizing their own fun, except for those who do it at the expense of others. They can rot.
“I have more fun only when I tell others what they can’t do” aren’t gonna be a fun time in an mmo to begin with.
Imagine being so mean and so selfish that when you see a friend wear a mog you find ugly or play a race you find unappealing to you personally that you start to grief them.
Deranged behavior.
Actually, all they have to do is… nothing!
Because forum randos are not the boss of them.
Says the forum rando nobody… Well at least you know your place in the world. Me I choose to make myself heard. Now move along little sheeple. The adults are having discussions about what they would like to have in the game they pay to play.
Did you just call me a dog?
You just called me a dog!
See! This is why tails are a terrible idea!
I personally think they look better and scarier without them.
Worgen got some sort of model update relatively recently, didn’t they? Why didn’t they include tails as part of that update unless they felt like it wouldn’t fit with the race?
I mean, there’s something to be said about ‘let me play the game the way I want’, but at the same time I don’t think it’s unreasonable to say the artists should be allowed to not include things if they want to. I mean, do people go around telling authors how to write their characters, or film directors how to shoot their movies? Maybe these aren’t perfect comparisons, but I hope at least some people are able to see the point I’m trying to make here.
I see it very differently. As a human, I am weak.
I can see, hear and smell things far more clearly. I’m stronger, faster…sleeker…better in nearly every way.
And I should have a tail.
You have something against dogs?!
scritches canine companion’s ears
Don’t you let her upset you, you’re a good boy, yes you are…
Yes but we still have substantially fewer customization options than other core races, and many of the allied races. This despite being the 5th most played Alliance race, ahead of gnomes and dwarves.
Blizz is not gonna give you a tail, Mr. Wrogen.
It should be optional. At the end of the day let the players choose if they want a tail for the race they pay to play.
Werewolves don’t have tails.
Its magic they can have whatever the magic desires. And yes they have tails.
Every which way but in a mirror.
Why the long face?
Hohoho.
