Mega server low level gear and material prices are through the roof. People on PVE realms see the writing on the wall. Reroll or go ultra casual/don’t raid. Please allow a limited time pve to pvp transfer window so they can consolidate. This is financially lucrative to blizzard as it will kill off many more realms that can just be shut down and no longer be an expense. It will get everyone together for the max recruiting pool. It is a win win. I would gladly pay to move to one of these servers. Benediction, whitemane, and faerlina, oh and that RP realm are the only viable servers left. Forcing rerolls will end in a massive loss of customers.

It is well past the point where there are so many people that there is absolutely no real community. No thanks.
Realistically nobody is forced to reroll or go there, it’s just the mindset thrown around by the majority of players.
And pve has Pagle. Is it not doing well enough with 8k people?

Do I really need to? I’m on a PVE realm with gold farmers and bots, of course we are 8/10… Can’t recruit a competent healer or dps out of thousands of players…

So what you’re saying is that because farmers have taken ahold of the markets in lower pop realms it’s now unreasonable to make a character with the expectation to raid… Now…
Correct? If so you are probably correct. The correct time to start doing all of that was awhile ago and if you’re wanting to buy it all on the AH you’re SOL…

I’m not gearing up so I can stare at my character forever, I’m gearing up my character so that I can do new raids. Which, really, should already be in the game but are not because pHasEs get blizzard as much $$$ possible.
Meh. Already did all that 17 years ago. Now it is just repetitive, nostalgic nonsense that will be erased in less than a year because no one will be playing, just like with what happened to Classic era
I can confirm this… my global chat moves so fast my head hurts and 90% of it is WTS boost this boost that… the community feel is gone but there are times I see the LfM need dps for so and so dungeon, then i smile and don’t log off.

What constitutes a guild as a “dad guild” cause there’s people in my guild that are fathers and we’re 10/10
