I believe it absolutely should have been a minimum of 50% but hey, then again, Brewmasters are WAY more out of control than warriors. Like, the comparison isn’t even close.
Warlocks don’t get their shields but I will happily settle for it not deleting cocoon.

Well, when it is a hard counter specifically designed to counter Dark Pact @ a 45 sec cooldown, what are you gonna do?

How fried are you? MD can be kicked and has a two minute CD. Not insta cast 23 second cd skill less ability

That would be a good fix, 2 minute cooldown!!! And further reduce the dmg done to shields by 20-40%.
Less fried than the guy complaining about a counter.

If any ability in the game was hitting for 9m damage it would be nerfed. This ability was hitting for 13m before tuesday. It can be talented to be a 23 second cd, meanwhile darkpact talented is 45 sec which also costs 20% of the warlocks hp, and cacoon over 1m. Wrecking throw is also instant which leaves no counterplay at all.
