The same author who, when a wranduin 'shipper asked about the nature of their relationship on twitter, outright said they’re ONLY friends. An author who’s said she’s making a point that Anduin is a kind, caring man who is straight specifically to go against the (stupid) and frankly toxic stereotype that a man seemingly can’t be sensitive or emotional unless he’s gay.
Could Wrathion have non-friendship feelings for Anduin? Sure…his preferences have never been depicted in canon. But Anduin as per his writer is 100% straight. So 'ship all you want, it’s never going to happen outside of your fanfics/art.

Wrathion is an adult I’m dragon years or at the very least mature enough mentally and physically to be an adult. It’s all there in plain view.

Plenty of limited creatives make toons of very similar names. Its blatant and obvious youre an alt account for the same guy. That you try to gaslight and still fail to fool anyone makes it just funny.
