No actual release date for P4, bur yes, I’d imagine mid/late october.

Yes, Wrathful is Arena 8 gear. But it will be locked behind arena rating. IIRC, shoulders will require like 1800+ in 3s or 5s

Furious will only cost Honor (should at least)
Relentless will be mix of Honor and AP, but without arena reqs.

Not sure if there’s a change next season, but shoulders have been 2K the past few seasons.

2k could the right figure.
I just recall it being 2k from 3s/5s and 2v2 is not enough.
