Please think of a way to recalibrate Wotlk WoW Arena. I don’t know if it needs a Cross-Realm Q; Solo-Q; Rated Bgs, reduced/removed rating for gear… Something. I’ve never had a more dead season in my 15 years of WoW, and it’s such a shame because overall I feel like WoW PvP Class Design is so close to something beautiful.

Honestly ive leveled quite a few alts and the problem with the current system, is you practically have to start the group yourself, otherwise sihts just reserved or literally no one else in the group can use the item the leader wants and if you ask to join you just get ignored. RDF solves this toxic reserved item siht, or give us individual loot drops. just makes gearing up a new char frustrating to the point its just better to join a gdkp with 10k gold at 2k item level, get carried and walk out with 5-10 peices of gear. /rant

Obviously Blizzard doesn’t care, but this arena season was way too short, and I have unsubbed. I play a video game to have fun, not simulate a corporate rat race of collecting gear every 3 months. Have fun with even lower arena participation than last season.
The current classic team should be proud of themselves. They’ve managed to ruin WOTLK PVP.

Assuming people are actually participating in the arena. I know I don’t and still have 3 pieces of deadly.

it’s low participation on NA…because the gearing they provided was terrible, they released Savage gear, hateful gear, deadly gear all at once, but only allow you to farm honor for savage which is terrible, relient on getting a good nax 25 weapon because Blizzard didn’t release any hateful weapons for honor list goes on.
Blizzard just forgot about pvp and gave us bunch of random stuff lol, combined with the boosting problem that scares people trying to learn the game…when you have 3k rated people on 1500 alts to boost people for gold/money, farming low skilled people all day, yeah it’s gonna be dead.
The poor release of gear combined with cheating/boosting, no one is going to play that hot garbage lol.

i mean they kind of did but everything is tuned around the final patch of wrath so… you’re gonna see this a lot. further more this is the gear we had back then. we knew what we were getting into. also, as far as boosts yes, you’re not wrong about this, but this is a thing that happens no matter what. its a tale as long as wow. people will get boosted. it sucks, and it devalues individual ranking system. i can’t say i’m much affected because i know i tilt, so i avoid those game types.
in all honesty i don’t see a fix for a lot of these issues going into the next seasons or any future seasons you’re gonna have boosts no matter what. now irl money should never be exchanged thats kind of dirty. but c’est la vie.

Ok, so could we get some explanation on what happens with the various sets? Will Deadly and Deadly weapons have rating requirements removed and available for only honor? It seems like they would have to be if you’re taking our arena points away? As a low level scrub, I accumulated 3000 AP, but I have literally nothing to spend them on. I’m also honor capped at the paltry 75k cap. So I guess those points are just…gone. Not ideal. If I had the week like before to spend the points on Deadly gear I don’t have access to now, that would make more sense. Thank you.

even when they did, they ignored our feedback please see SL and BFA. when given feedback they tend to ignore it if it doesn’t fit the narrative they have designed. and when it is feedback they don’t like they ignore tell us thats that we are wrong and in BFA’s case wiped that entire forum’s beta forums out. so its catch 22, they talk to us and ignore us or we talk at them and ignore us. doesn’t relaly matter which way it happens they still ignore us.

When they stopped report sub numbers was the dead give away. Relying on whales…lol. They had nothing to be proud of, anymore.
