Well I have to keep people up to date on the state of the game.
There’s nothing new here, everything you mentioned is normal and expected, each xpack hypes last for a month max, than comes content phases. DF is gonna last a month too, just like the previous xpacks.
Also games usually last for a month too in general. Hypes are not meant to last too, I’m not sure what kind of expectation you have tbh but this is all normal.
Hype never lasts. It can’t.
Some people like Garmuck are so addicted they have a hard time letting go. It’s tough to see, but some just struggle. He quits in 4 days, wish him the best

I think DF’s hype is much longer, it genuinely looks and feels amazing.

I’m starting to get bored, in skyfury everything looks dead, and even so there are 4 layers, how stupid is blizzard, go play any pirate server and everything feels alive and more fun, I haven’t been able to “stop the fires” because there are not enough people even so the kingdom has logs of more than 10 million players so it is supposed to be repulsed but the layering makes it look dead, it is incredible that the pirate servers feel more alive and fun

You log for raids, you play alts, that’s about it. Lot of people enjoy it.
If you want content every day for hours and hours, retail is there with endless treadmills.

they get trees to play with tomorrow in retail so that should occupy their time.
Unless they wowhead/icy vein or use the blizzard standard profile option.
