Can you please look into this error as I can’t play characters that were NOT part of the merger. It took my money to transfer as well until you return them back home.

Did Faerlina Horde Characters Get Nuked From Merger Debacle? My Characters Are Gone Now

I didn’t see Faerlina on the list and never saw the option to free transfer, and now all my characters on Faerlina Horde are missing but this one. I was hoping to catch a few up for Wrath and didn’t see in the list that Faerlina was going to be part of any merge. If so, can someone link me where Blizzard nuked Faerlina Horde? Thanks!
