In all seriousness yeah there’s a big disparity in events, I won’t lie. But I’ve found crossfac more valuable in terms of guild plotlines and interaction.

For instance, my guild, The Unbound Order, is a Horde guild. But a few of us have alliance alts and we made a side-guild, The Hexrenders, for what we call “Stormwind Sundays” where we play our Alliance characters in a central plotline.

On one occasion, before SL launched, we actually had the two guild plotlines intersect somewhat, and so we actually organised a crossfac event. Some of us on our Unbound characters, some of us on our Hexrender characters… it was a lot of fun! Things like that can be really interesting in RP… and it would’ve been functionally impossible to get us all in the same worldspace if our Alliance guild was on MG, and our Horde guild was on WRA.

There’s opportunity for crossfac on WRA, makes it worth fighting for imo. I’d love us to be the balanced RP realm again.

In fairness to cross faction the ones I went to seemed specifically designed to be more in line with making Horde players feel good about themselves post BfA rather than advancing any sort of plot.

It’s not like it was in WoD or Legion but it’s better than it was at this time in BFA. WRA is very guild focused and a lot of guilds collapsed around late Legion-Start of BFA, and due to people pushing MG for Alliance or WRA for horde we didn’t get new people to replace them. Ultimately I think just stopping the flow and bringing in new folks will help immensely- you also have to remember that it’s in a time of the expac where people are still doing content. My guild has 15+ people on at night, but we’re either doing content or RPing in the actual shadowlands. Give it time:

Captain Grim’s Shadowlands Cinematic Parody comes to mind lol.

Never saw it, but you’ve never lived until you’ve watched a draenei dressed suspiciously like an orc shaman announce that on behalf of the draenei they forgive all orcs for everything because they fight good.

I went to a cross fac event once on my very short dwarf shaman and a very tall but very polite Zandalari troll moved aside and beckoned me to the front so my short character could see and I thought that was the cutest thing ever.

I went to a cross-faction event once and hissed at a blood elf.

hisses back

you ignored my kyrian waving at you yesterday

ppl are kinda doing content not sure if you know that new expansion is out? However SW is full usually i dont know what are you talking about.

If you RP the RPers will come.
In other words if you want more RP, create some events! Event creating is so much fun.

Just put a /c/ in your MRP / TRP3 profile and you’ll get more RP than you know what to do with.

Edit: Please do not google that. It’s meant to be a joke insinuating that if you allude to having a profile on a particular none-too-PG roleplay website, the pervy RPers - of which there are many, will find you. Kind of a “If you know, you know” shtick, yeah?

Na.
I sometimes have him watching people get their butts kicked during the aspirant sparing WQs. I don’t think most people even see that I’m emoting at them during that.

i’ve played enough FF14 to know what that is
