WrA Alliance = Dead?

Having a lot of that myself right now. A lot of Seraa’s RP at the moment is involvement in other’s non-public plots within a smallish core community and some associated players. Which means she doesn’t have as much time to add to the overall public walkup available.

I’ve had to excuse her from walkup conversations twice in the last two nights when arranged RP participants arrived. I feel a bit bad about that because I’ve been on the other side - someone that thought they found promising walkup RP only to have the other party leave. And given the state of things, I really want to encourage good walkup!

WRA Alliance far outnumber Horde in WM and they get the bonus…remove all bonuses.

Horde on this shard don’t fight back, don’t want to group up to kill, nothing. I had hoped to work to bring hope to the WRA WM Horde, but they don’t seem to care. This is not the type of Horde I am used to playing with.

I know this isn’t necessarily Alliance RP related, but try getting into touch with Tyrathor in game and asking about the Horde War Council if you haven’t already.

Ok, thanks for that. My guild is the one of the ones that gets called when there is an ally problem, so we’re in most of the communities for cross server pvp. Wpvp is just dead for Horde right now. Maybe we’ll have better luck with this HWC.

I think there is a difference between “Dead” and “unavailable.” As mentioned, if you go to Stormwind and do a TRP scan you can find people. If you /who Stormwind City you will usually find over 50 people on that list. Definitely more people there than WRA’s Silvermoon City, and yet SMC seems to be RPing all the time regardless of how many people are there.

If you find that you’re not getting any RP, it’s not because of everyone else. You are just not getting the RP you prefer, which is fine! Just have to keep looking.

Well it isn’t really about not finding the rp I want, and I do see people around in Stormwind sure, but what I mean is that most of those people are flagged OOC chatting about whatever or talking sh-t on the ramp. Or they’re busy passing through Stormwind for something.

What I meant was that there doesn’t seem to be a singular kind of RP hub in Stormwind, and that makes me see less and less random rp happening.

I could not have said it better myself. Allie WrA is only small because players keep it small. I haven’t been tempted to even visit MG and I never will.

If WrA Alliance is dwindling, I sure haven’t noticed yet.

I mean if there is number drop, its likely is a more universal thing given the end-of-expansion content drought, and its not like BfA specifically is doing anything to excite the playerbase to stick around until Shadowlands launches, what with all the recent disappointments.

That being said, I still don’t have trouble finding quality walkups. Attended a random event I found in trade last night, etc.

YEAH. DWARVES.

I’ve legitimately never had an issue finding RP on Alliance, and I play at some weird hours.

Anybody who thinks that Alliance is dead on this server hasn’t played on a dead RP server.

Also, it’s still early into a patch. A lot of us are out doing content, and not sitting around in the cities right now.

If you’re one of the people going on about how you “have” to go to Moon Guard for Alliance RP, you’re doing it wrong. Numbers =/= Quality.

Man I must get lucky then, I level every horde character in war mode and never get attacked up until BFA zones.

That’s what he’s talking about. There isn’t really a reason to look for PvP outside of BfA zones because there won’t be very many people except those who are leveling. And, in my experience, there aren’t as many roleplayers out questing as there are on PvE realms.

Plus, why try to find low levels to gank when you can join a Moonguard raid and get honor and gear for the kills?
