You can simply to embassy quests, darkshore quest, Ivus world boss, get lucky with upgrades, and potentially the weekly dungeon quest when itâs available.
Any of those things will eventually get you 400 embassy rewards w/o requiring you to do a single raid or M+.

Your monk is 3/9 n BoD with 396. I need a character without any raiding or mythic plus, conquest cap to believe. I have level 3 character to ilvl 400, I dont believe it is possible.
Ah, sorry, i did do 2 +10s on my dh. That being said, my monk is easily proof. If i had played on it at all in the last couple months it would be over 400 ilvl.
Normal BoD gives 385 gear. Its way worse than emissary gear atm. If you think killing the first 3 normal bod bosses one time each helped my monks ilvlâŚyou have got to be a troll.
It is still raiding, it still bring up you ilvl therefore it still counts.
My monks ilvl is 396. 385 gear wouldnât increase that, only gear over that ilvl would. Which only proves my point more. Heroic ilvl loot is way too easy to obtain without effort.
And as i said, i havenât even done world quests on my monk in months. If i had i could easily be over 400 ilvl on it.
How does 385 rewards invalidate it? Itâs 15 ilvls under the respective value you are talking aboutâŚ
Iâve not run into this problem youâre describing. Heroic raids are long over done, sorry bro. Its not relevant.
Show me the 420 weapon or belt or anything NOT pants/trink/gloves I can get from CoS. Iâll wait. BoD is current âcapâ for like 75%+ of your slots. Itâs actually more tbh since quite a few of the CoS pieces are complete doodoo butter.

I really cant believe people sre out here denying you can gear up to 400 without ever doing ilvl 400 content. WQ are not ilvl 400 content. Heroic Raiding and +10s are. Being able to outgear stuff without ever doing content invalidates the content, its that simple. Its why there are so many issues with raider io and pugs and its terrible that people deny the issues exist.

Kept my promise.
The raiders I have known are not toxic.
But the face of raiding for many players is the forum, where raiders, raider poseurs, and raider wannabes spew vile slams against anyone they view as âcasualâ.
Seriously. âI spammed high keys for months and now my perfectly itemized gear has such a high ilvl I never get upgrades from mythic raiding. Nerf casualsâ gear, or get rid of it entirely. Get rid of LFR. And give me more and better stuff.â

You are of course right. Everything you have ever done in the game has been invalidated by casuals who have content to do and earn rewards for doing content. End casual content!

Me going out for 15mins and thwacking Warlord Dagu for a 370 Azerite cache, Ashmane for a 360 ring, Make Loh Go for rep, and a pet battle for battle stones somehow culminating in a piece of 400 Azerite gear exceeding the rewards in Normal CoS.
Absolutely none of those activities warranted that reward.
Bullocks.
Itâs not about taking away activities.
Itâs about effort matching reward.
Imagine if the ilvl rewards were reversed. Flipped on their head.

Things which take more effort need better rewards.
That is the argument.
I donât care what you like to do in the game. Continue to do whatever it is you enjoy. Everything will be okay. Itâs all going to be alright.
What I care about, is that the reward structure of this expansion is broken and content which requires less effort (like warfronts and tortollan quests) is being placed aboveother sources like 2k rated PvP, Normal Raiding, and M+ 10âs.
It just doesnât make any sense

Itâs about you deserving more and people you never met but are sure deserve absolutely nothing getting something you would just trash. Because you deserve more than what youâre getting just for being gud. And others, well, let them pay for the development of their content and remove theirs.

Youâre missing the point.
Doing âharderâ content gives you far more opportunities at superior gear across more equipment slots.
You donât understand. He canât enjoy the superior gear he is sure he has âearnedâ if there is anyone out there who has even a chance at getting something they didnât âdeserveâ.
Itâs about his feefees.

Guess you must have found a reason, since you are doing mythic plus 9s. Or not, canât tell based on your armory - some people would say you arenât and some people would say you were - guess it depends on how much you are having to push yourself to do those 9s.
Do you realize this current system is the result of raiders making LFR hate posts. There was a movement that there should be more end game activities that reward quality gear so that people had a choice not to have to do LFR. Primalmatter was one that much such a thread but there were others as well. I think they intended to kill LFR by their suggestions but it kind of backfired on them.
