I was saying that those people in question dont actually get all their gear for M+. if they did theyd have the io to show for it. 2 pieces of gear drop between 5 people for a +10. to get you have to run quite a few.
Regardless though a +10 is on par with a heroic raid imo and so i have no issue with people getting all their gear from M+.

No, of course not. I refer to content at that time, if you are doing the heroic content it drops the appropriate gear, if you are doing world content it drops the appropriate gear.
Not scaled rewards based on the highest content you have done.

Pretty sure itâs based off of your current ilvl. My rogues get 400 emmisaries. But still only 370 normal WQâs. Iâm only 398 ilvl. I would be interested to see if it jumps again for people at 410 or 420 or w/e is high ilvl now.

Mythic plus is very easy, the most difficult part is spam mythic plus for IO. All 3 of my level 120 only does mythic plus now.

Mythic 7 drops 400 in the chest which takes a long time to build up. Its the same as the weekly quest that gives a 400 for doing 4 M0 imo. And yeah i agree M+10 is very easy. I also think heroic raiding is very easy. They should feel around the same difficulty and thus should give the same level of gear. If you have the time to farm it all day, go ahead. Its not however as brainless as doing WQ and it also does not give Azerite gear unless you save up residuum week after week.
Emissary gear is the same or better than what you can get in a heroic raid, and it has been for weeks, if not months. Next patch they are making it possible to upgrade world quest gear, not just emissary gear, to heroic raid ilvl. At the same time weâre seeing guild/raid participation drop drastically. I havenât heard of a guild yet that isnât having trouble with raid attendance.

Wq gear only goes up to 370, you need 395 ilvl get a 400 azerite. You have to grind conquest, grind mythic plus or raid to get that ilvl. The thing is mythic plus can get you to 400 ilvl in one day.
To be honest if people rather mythic plus for gear, perhaps raider need serious look at themselves why people not wanting to raid
M+ is also challenging content that gives gear. If emissaries gave 410 gear, then only people pushing +18 and over would bother doing m+. Same for heroic raiding. Gear is a reward for raiding. If it wasnât meant to be, then raids wouldnât drop gear. Rewards should feel rewarding based on the challenge of the content completed. When two whole raid difficulties rewards are completely invalidated by trivial content that is not a good thing.

Doesnât matter the reward, the content is not fun, people would still not do them. Not mention how toxic raider is. The emissary reward is a non issue
Honestly really sad that because of attendance our guild decided to âtake a breakâ before even doing CoS.
As a large number of our players felt that it wasnât worth doing the content and they were happy just getting AotC from Jaina.

The emissary reward is the issue, in conjunction with tier sets no longer existing. Emissary azerite can easily be better than heroic raid azerite. Why would someone want to raid heroic when they know they will get worse gear then they got from doing 4 world quests the day before?
How is repeating the same WQs over and over for 8+ months more fun then getting a bunch of friends together and tackling different raid bosses with a variety of different mechanics?

You could get mythic azerite armour from mythic plus since January. The only difference is that raid has fix trait and mythic plus is random. Even you get rid wq emissary, people still gonna just do mythic plus. The problem is raid is unfun and time consuming

As i said, i donât care about m+ because that is challenging group content. Doing 4 world quests a day isnât.

Dude you have to get to that ilvl by mythic plus or raiding in the first place. The emissary is something extra once you get there. You canât get there without doing the three thing I already mentioned.

No you donât. There are several ways to raise ilvl without doing m+ or raiding. I have multiple alts who were over ilvl 390 (eligible for max emissary rewards) months ago without running m+ or raids on them.

I have 4 max levels atm. This one, a pally i have raided and m+ on, a dh that i havenât done either on and has a 400+ ilvl, and a monk that i havenât done either on with a 395+ ilvl, in fact, i havenât even played my monk in a couple months either. If i had heâd be over 400 ilvl as well.
