just had to reload all versions of wow and now WowUp isn’t finding TBC, only retail and classic. Any thoughts?

Classic is TBC Classic in wowup

What Velisavalana says is true. Classic TBC is in the \classic folder and Classic WoW is in the \classic_era folder. I expect, if they make classic Wrath, that it will be in the \classic folder and Classic TBC with be in something like \classic_tbc.

None of the mods loaded for Classic are showing when I launch the TBC version

I had to delete the addons folder and reinstall them. If you have your wtf folder sitll all the settings will be there
