If a person in that position is dissatisfied with the company but doesn’t leave, it means they’re on a comfort zone that they don’t want to leave because they will not get a better job or even the same payout at another company.

The scientific method? Is the basis of all science. Nye erred in the basics. Even an astrophysicist is permitted to talk about scientific method.
