Mop world boss mounts drop loot per char once a week.
If you get coins you can bonus tool for the mounts (only mounts you can bonus roll) additionally. Only once per week per char though.
Houlon is unlimited kills on a 30-60min respawn timer maybe that’s where she got confused.

PVP mounts wouldn’t come back because it would hurt people’s fragile egos. Instead though, we could get another armored Netherdrake mount. Like the one from the last boss in Hellfire Ramparts.
