so I got Diablo installed it, played it a bit etc but I haven’t gotten a rewards notif. there’s Steam or Xbox or something mentioned in the fine print, but I don’t currently have access to my Steam info, nor do I know when I will due to a comedy of errors of sorts. I have them both on my battlenet app, does Steam have anything to do with it if I have them both on my battlenet app, Wow and Diablo are both linked on that account.

The rewards come from having the expansion Vessel of Hatred (along with The War Within, which you obviously have).
This is not necessary for the rewards. Just having the expansions on the same Battlenet account qualifies.
The rewards have not gone out (at least not before today’s reset), and they are due to be delivered by January 13.

I had the same question for a long time, I had read a lot of posts and I have come to understand that said part is for people who got the Diablo game over Xbox or Steam and they need to have blizzard site to note that in order to award the promo, those players do need to log into diablo atleast once, but us that got all here on battlenet account just need to have them, and thats all.
The rewards havent been deploided as far as I know. I had another question, I got my D4 and expansion from a bundle, i guess there is no problem with that eather, but didnt get anything about that on forums…

Ive got both TWW and VoH , my diablo is on PS and it is linked to my battle.net and I have yet to see anything .
Under “How to earn Claim Rewards”:
Once the rewards have been distributed (after January 13, 2025, rewards expire July 7, 2025)

If anything like other rewards, it would arrive in waves. Give it time, you should eventually get it soon.

I just got mine a little while ago. Check the battle.net launch page and look at “gifts” in the top right corner.

can i get Vessel of Hatred after the 13 to get the rewards or do i need to have Vessel of Hatred before to qualify? i have tww already
Eligibility ended last Tuesday, I’m afraid. It is no longer possible to earn these.

Got the “gift” notification in Bnet and claimed it. So far nothing has showed up in WoW, but I did get the mount in d4. Some of the stuff in WoW I already had like the mount, pet, but the other stuff is a no show.
Check that all your filters are enabled in your toys collection.

Yeah, they were there. I feel like I had these possibly from the event earlier last year. Where the portals popped up in the cities and we smashed goblins. I guess I was thinking there were different items/colors or something. So the mount in D4 was the only thing new heh. Eh, a mount is a mount. Now if only I could get it to drop in ICC.

Bought Vessel, did all the required steps on the timeline I was supposed to, and still no gift. I know they said by the 17th, but it seems like everyone else got theirs on the 13th/14th…Real irritating.
When did you brought Vessel? If it was this week, then you’d be out of luck it seems. As Ekon linked, in order to be able to be eligible for this, it’d be between December 17, 10 a.m. PST–January 7, 2025, 10 a.m. PST.
As I said, I did everything on the timeline stipulated in the requirements. I bought and logged into D4 and Vessel on December 31, and I’ve had TWW and an active sub since release. Hoping it’s just a slow delivery, but getting antsy at this point.
