Game keeps crashing.
Spent 2 hours with computer tech and everything is up to date and running. Tried all the steps WOW said to do and still getting disconnected. WOW51900319 message

Same happening to alot of people Almawt. Not sure what is happening. Every other game I own works just fine.
I agree has happened since Darkheart patch after about 5 min. disconnect
Same here. I have no issues with Diable Immortal, just issues with WOW
Keep having this issue as well for the past few days. I have tried every “fix” I have found and nothing has worked. I’m thinking it’s server side now

WOW51900319 is a connection error, not an updating error. Maybe your character is stuck somewhere; you can use the self-service tool via the website to move it. If it’s purely a connection problem, you would want to troubleshoot with your network admin or ISP if you can’t connect.

Can you explain what you mean by stuck and what is meant by move? I can play the game and then get disconnected in the middle of flying or doing a task. I appreciate all the help in understanding this.
If the character logged out somewhere that is supposed to be inaccessible, or fell through the world, you would use this tool:
There is no harm in her trying to use it, if she can.

If she is immediately getting a login failed, that service often helps. Even if she doesn’t know the character is stuck somewhere. Or did you try it and still have the same error? And also, where is the error happening? On the character select screen? On the game client? In Bnet?

In the middle of playing it will disconnect and the error message will show up on the screen

Same with me. It has nothing to do on my end. Its Blizzard. So many people having this issue. Its not us

Thank you for sharing that. Kind of puts one at ease that it is not only happening to one person. I hope this gets fixed. It would be nice if Blizzard would chime in.

Can tell you now this issue is not peoples network. it is on server side. because I am getting this error with the disconnects just by being in goldshire by the inn.

Adding my voice to this. I have been getting this error everytime I try to play. Within a few seconds to a minute or so, my latency will spike like crazy and then the game will crash and I’ll get this error.
It is not my internet, every single other thing from streaming to other games works fine. I have done multiple speed tests and my internet connection is strong and fast.

I haven’t been able to log in at all for the past 24 hours. World of Warcraft or Diablo.
Let’s troubleshoot with thorough connection data, please. Speedtests are designed to tell you how fast you can collect data from a hyperlocal node and don’t tell you anything about connection quality and routing issues.
Collect some WinMTRs or PingPlotters showing where the disconnect is happening.
Side note: Saw several other threads experiencing disconnects due to addons since the patch, so resetting the UI isn’t a horrible idea.
