just started receiving this error about an hour or so ago.

This error typically indicates that your game client needs to be updated. Please fully exit the game as well as the Battle.net Desktop App, and then relaunch them. If you login and see the same error, try running a scan & repair.
keep getting “Whoops! Looks like something is broke. Give it another shot.”
I do so and it happens all over again

Servers should be coming back though.
I have the same problem my main account works but second account is not tried to update every still problem exist
