WoW1 starter account accidentally deleted -- Has Dragonflight key! : (

I created an account, played some - then decided to buy it … I bought DragonFlight added it to WoW1, account was still listed as starter edition so i researched your help page and it said to ‘remove starter edition’ … i did that … and it deleted my account instead of removing the restrictions.

Now, I have a WoW2 starter account which still isn’t upgraded and I’m unable to create a character with this name, which I want to use.

I submitted a support ticket yesterday but I have not received a response. Please help : ( I need WoW1 and WoW2 merged as my accounts are in WoW1 and i need the key that i’ve redeemed that’s in WoW , it’s still $50! : (

Do you happen to have the order number on the purchase of DragonFlight? I’m not seeing it on this account - on either license.

I do see you have an order for time - but it’s still queued, which is why it’s not yet been applied the license (wow2)

WoW 1 does appear to be just a basic starter - no time, no upgrade at all.

I just want to point out that tickets are averaging 1 to weeks depending on issue.

The WoW 1 just doesn’t seem to have been upgraded - from what I see.

Ticket is open, but it will be a little bit before it comes up.

You can only have one unique name per server. If the character wasn’t deleted, the name still exists on that server, thus, you cannot use it again.

I hope they can sort out the rest of that mess for you.

yeah unfortunately when i did the whole ‘remove starter limitations (thinking)’ , it actually deleted the entire account off my account, while that woulda been fine if they deleted my characters (as they were low) … it didn’t, so now they seem to be stuck on limbo : (

“Remove starter account”

NOT

Remove starter account restrictions
