Working now after a month of not be able to log in…
Hey everyone,
It sounds like most folks are able to resolve the issue through clearing out the potential corrupted data (Either through clearing specific folders like cache, interface, WTF, or performing a full reinstall of the desktop app/client.
There was an issue that contributed to permission issues early on but that was addressed in both the app and game client around 2 weeks ago or so. If you are still experiencing update issues and the steps mentioned do not work to solve the issue, I recommend reopening or opening a new support ticket and providing your system report to our support staff so they can work directly with you to figure this out as the larger issues should already be addressed.
