So, I sent my receipt in and got a email less then 24 hours just fine without a problem, but… the issue is I do not know how to get the registration site to work. Every time I click the “Send verification code” button, it just keeps saying “Please verify entered phone number is correct” before it will send me a code. Problem is only 1 box for the phone number ever shows up and will only fit exactly 10 numbers. I have tried refreshing the page and all that does is clear each field, clear chrome cache and site information, and rebooted my system and router. I also thought maybe it was an issue with google chrome so I tried to use internet explorer and Firefox and nothing works, still stuck on that same error.
Do any of you know how to fix this or had this issue?
Do you live some place other then the us?
That would be the exact spaces needed for a US number, not sure about other places.

Yup, I live in Washington state and also bought the product here.
I don’t recall it having an issue when I did it, but it was a while ago.
Do you have a phone you can try?
I tried using my cell # first, kept giving me the error of “Please verify entered phone number is correct” I used my friends number who has a different area code even and got the same error. It’s just weird, when you did it do you ever remember having to reenter your phone #?.
I was wondering if you used your phone to register, not your pc.
I do not remember if it asked for a phone number, and unfortunately do not have a receipt to test.
I have tried to use both, both give that same “error” so I have no clue what going on. The link I am using is also the same one that was in the email from Trolli saying I had a valid receipt so I know its a legit link.
